Tank dug out some brain ticklers that made Scotch and Mandy have to really think.  It is Teacher Appreciation week and Mandy got some teacher recognitions from our co-workers.  We also had a discussion regarding what should you never buy that is used.

This week's wine: Willamette Valley Vineyards Whole Cluster Rose of Pinot Noir

The soft tones of blush and pink dispose of translucent color in the wine. An array of pleasant fragrances includes strawberry, kiwi, lychee and citrus zest. The bright taste is textured with notes of pomegranate and ruby red grapefruit. The wine is vibrant on the palate with pleasingly full fruit flavors.

Serve chilled. This wine pairs well with aromatic and savory dishes. Enjoy with salmon sliders, ahi tuna, chicken proveçal, wood-fired flatbreads, bruschetta and fresh summer salads.
