Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices and is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. However, our society fails to acknowledge its significance and neglects it extensively. We sat with Miss Aamna Zuberi and talked about its importance for humans and how it's concept has been downscaled to us through time.
