Omar is a young Aussie bloke and a long time friend. We discuss his families recent life altering journey where his wife was diagnosed with cancer and is currently in remission. Omar is a practising Muslim and shares with me the fundamentals of islam and the common misconceptions that many Australians have towards the religion. We also discuss aspects of the religion I don't align with. I hope everyone can listen with an open mind and respect, as Omar has always shown. Much Love.

I was privileged to sit down with a long time friend Josh Panel. Josh very bravely discusses his life and personal experience with being on the spectrum. I encourage everyone to listen to it as he gives a beautiful insight to something so many of us don't understand. Josh has a perspective on life that is truely refreshing. 

My great mate and cousin Tappers sits in the squeaky chair and we talk about how he is going to be a Dad! He has been a daddy a few times but now he's actually going to be a father.
