Hey Gang, if you’re reading this maybe, just maybe give the podcast a listen.  The warm up is a fun little podcast I, Louis D. Michael (Lou) record on my way to the gymnasium.  I’m a semi pro stand up comic out of Michigan, and because everybody and their mothers needs to podcast, gotta make content baby, gotta feed the masses that content baybee, I figured I’d put in the lowest effort I could podcasting.

I also enjoy the gym and having a good time.  So hopefully this silly podcast is a fun warm up for you on the way to the gym, or wherever life is taking you.  I’ll see you in the flames friends.
