Dr. Koscso joins as co-host with Dr. Aleem in the newest episode in which we discuss virtual recruitment with Dr. Paul Inclan, one of our PGY-2 residents. Dr. Inclan discusses a resident run weekly session entitled "Ortho Thursdays" that allow applicants to interact with a group of residents. We also discuss some of Paul's experiences and why he chose to come to Wash U.
