It's been a while, but here's a special episode sitting down and putting your questions to Men's Manager Andy Graham and the familiar voice of new Alloa General Manager Kieren Mooney.

We look back at last season's finish for both the Men's and Women's sides and talk about how plans are coming together for the season ahead.

There's a lot of talk about the co-operative loan system and the impact on the development of our own Academy players. We also talk through things changing in and around the Recs and look at the aims for this season.

The Wasps went back to back to back with their 3rd successive league win last Saturday and we are her to talk through what happened at Bayview, with a special mention for Taggs on his 400th appearance.

Then it's on the the Women's team as we talk about their dominant 7-0 win against Carron Huskies on Sunday.

Finally we look ahead to Alloa v Kelty this Saturday as we prove we know absolutely nothing about the previous meetings this season, before a quick mention of the midweek game at Peterhead next Tuesday.

Another long break for us but we are back with a really important one!

We start the episode this week by talking through the Alloa Women's win over Dumbarton Ladies on Sunday as the youthful Wasps got back to winning ways.
