This week Mark quizzes Karl about some of his guilty pleasure movies. When we had the idea of quizzing Karl interpreted it as probing some his choices while Mark seemed to take it more in the literal sense.

Karl and Mark are back once again with the plan to go through some of Karl’s guilty secret movies, unfortunately all that goes by the way side once Mark starts in on the Star Trek Picard finale.

After a little longer than anticipated The Watching Men return to critique the Picard series before it's upcoming finale...or maybe that should be finally it's almost over?

Mark and Karl finally return to conclude their discussion of all the previous James Bond movies, just in time for premiere of the new James Bond movie...oh, they’ve rescheduled it for a November release...Great. Oh well, they carry on regardless, just as Bond would.

This week The Watching Men reach their 007 episode and so what else can they do but look over the legacy of the James Bond movies? Well, they look over around half of the movies as time is against them, like a ticking countdown clock, but they will return next week to complete the series and look ahead to the latest offering from the British super spy.

This week The Watching Men briefly cast their beady little eyes over the Oscars before moving onto Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of one Harley Quinn) and how it has been received, or not, by some non-going movie audiences. The lads then turn their attention to some of their favourite all-time movies (that are not the obvious choices...well, at least they don't think they are anyway).

Mark and Karl return as The Watching Men once again to continue their views on Star Trek Picard. Apple may be buying MGM content. Apple TV+ sets up Foundation series in Ireland. The UK Government is looking into decriminalising BBC licence fee evasion. Adam Sandler signs up for more Netflix projects and more animation is coming to Netflix too.

This week The Watching Men share their thoughts on the new Star Trek Picard series. There's news of an earlier than expected launch of Disney+ across Europe. Doctor Who won't be regenerating any time soon and Star Wars is now in a bother about Obi-Wan Kenobi. Plus we say goodbye Monty Python's Terry Jones and go through the entertainment news roundup of the week.

This week on The Watching Men they discuss how The Watchmen isn’t getting a second season, even though it was never meant too. Better Call Saul is returning to Netflix but the end is in sight. Jack Reacher is coming to Amazon Prime. Doctor Who’s viewing figures are still falling and Star Trek Picard is almost here, but will it be what we are expecting? Having got Rise of Skywalker out of their system The Watching Men return with the weeks TV and Movie news (yes, there is still a little Star Wars in there, sorry), including Baby Yoda costs $5 million. Also, Quantum Leap might be getting a remake for NBC’s upcoming streaming service and we take a look at some of the winners of Critics' Choice Awards 2020.
