In this episode we kick start Red Ribbon Week with Rolllings Middle School of Arts Counselor Amanda Neikirk. Amanda Taught Dance at Rollings Middle School of Arts and also helped build The South Carolinas Governor's School dance outreach program. She also danced professionally and mentored many students who are now pursuing their own dance careers. Amanda was also the founder of the Gladiators program at Rollings Middle School of Arts.

In this episode we shine a spotlight on an extraordinary young lady, Mary-Kate. Mary-Kate continues to excel academically, boasting the highest averages in Language arts and Math. Her achievements also include being the runner-up in the prestigious "Shake and Shine" soft skills competition which earned her a spot at the national competition in Atlanta.

Beyond academics, Mary-Kate has a passion for the performing arts, she is a member of the Gladiators and volleyball team
