Once the bell rings, Phoebe finds that all the kids in the school have blue notes and they are whispering something. When Phoebe gets to her locker, she finds a pile of blue notes with her name on them. Everyone is looking at her, so she turns to Alyssa for explanation. Alyssa tells Phoebe that some kids in their school are going to a water park after school and that all the notes are from kids who want Phoebe to go as well.
