How do we continue to learn about racism and how it affects Christians?
“let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance” (Proverbs 1,5)
We will go much further and faster if we learn how to listen. In the first of two classes, I interview Tony Cameron and explore the impact of the SCUAD group in East London.
In our conversation we reference two books. The links are below:

The third in our four-part series on the life of Elijah. Today we examine 1 Kings 21 and the lessons we learn about greed and courage.
In this short version of the interview I conducted with Nosi and Sekai, we discuss emotional well-being and mental health, and how to help those who are suffering. Topics that come up include removing the stigma around mental health issues in the church.

Elijah is a kind of Old Testament superhero. He heard from God, performed astonishing miracles - including the first restoration from death in the Bible - and yet collapsed in an emotional funk.
How helpful! He was someone "just like us" - James 5:7.
Join us as we study through Elijah's life from 1 Kings 17 to 2 Kings 2 over the next four weeks.
