Rebekah Tayebi is an associate clinical social worker, specializing in work with teen girls, women, and families. She is an avid mindfulness practitioner, and incorporates accessible, practical skills into her sessions. She attended Columbia University’s School of Social Work, with a focus on clinical work with children and families. She handles issues spanning from personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and adoption, to trauma, eating disorders, and recovery from addiction. She co-authored The Wanderlust Warrior Project, A Self Help Book For Young Women, and is a 500 hour RTY certified yoga teacher, leading Yoga for Trauma Recovery workshops.
