"Should" and "Shame" are two patterns of feelings and behaviors we are invited to unchain ourselves from in the journey toward our Soul's fulfillment.  Should arises out of non-loving conditioning masked as manipulation and control. Shame is a natural biologically driven feeling that arises when a) we are doing something non-loving to another, or b) if something non-loving is being done to us.  The feeling of shame can be conditioned into us, leaving us feeling shame when we really did nothing wrong.  In this video we learn how to identify the shoulds and shames in our lives along with some beginning practices for releasing ourselves from their grip.

We live in a world that conditions us to divide - to create separation between ourselves and others based on any number of ways to "other" each other. Division arises out of fear and out of our own unhealed wound of separation (we'll talk about that wound in another episode). We have the freedom NOT to participate in separation and we have the freedom to withdraw our consent from any systems that seek to create division. This video presents the invitation to cease from this participation along with some basic tools for beginning that release.
