The Way of Rock

Summer is almost here, and that means festivals, amphitheater and stadium shows. We have a bunch on tape this summer and we started things off with Corey Taylor. Find us at itsthewayofrock.com and email [email protected]

Not really, but it was close. We start things off with the recent Mötley Crüe news, which leads to the recent KISS news. Can't these old guys just play their prerecorded concerts and get along? Plus, we got to see the (very live) Jerry Cantrell. After the break, we break down the new Godsmack album and the new single from Ghost. Check out our website at itsthewayofrock.com

We see three shows in four nights, including Alter Bridge with Mammoth WVH. We talk all about it, plus, how baseball cards used to be entertainment. Go to our website at itsthewayofrock.com.

We have tickets to a ton of shows in March, and we'll tell you all about them.  This week, Jack saw Highly Suspect and also Badflower.  Plus, we review the new Avatar album, "Dance, Devil, Dance".  Email us at [email protected]

The 40th Anniversary Anthrax Tour rolls through town, so we talk about the show and rant a little about mosh pits and battle vests.  Jack goes to a country show and we compare concert fans.  Plus, Jack tells us about the new album from Sweden's In Flames.  Email us at [email protected]

Well, not quite yet, but some of the big festivals have started announcing their lineups, including Wisconsin's Rockfest, which we will be attending.  We talk all about it.  Email us at [email protected]

The first wave of 2023 releases has been confirmed and we talk about what we are excited to hear.  Check out the blog at itsthewayofrock.com

We are back with our picks for the best albums of 2022.  This year saw some big names releasing new records.  Which ones were our favorites?  Email us your complaints at [email protected]

We both have a free day, so we decided to record a quick episode.  Jack tells us about the recent live shows he has seen, including Trivium and Highly Suspect.  Also, the usual nonsense.  Email us at [email protected]

The new Alter Bridge album, Pawns & Kings is out, and we talk about that, plus the relatively modern practice of band members being involved in many projects at the same time.  Email us at [email protected]
