SIDE NOTE: My recording host has made some big changes, so I no longer have access to our intro music--this may be the weirdest, music-less episode ever.
As we continue our series all about PK's, Stacy is joined by mom, Esther Bennett, and her daughter, Sierra. While Sierra was a kid, her parents served in a variety of ministry roles, from church planting to overseas missions. This episode is full of hope for people currently in ministry today, as we hear stories about the Bennett family's time in ministry. Listen in and laugh along with us!
Don't forget to check out our sponsor, Waypoint Church Partners! We're so thankful for their work in growing and supporting the Kingdom!
Welcome to Episode One of our PK 101 series. Today, Stacy is joined by her own four kids, talking about what it's like to be a pastor's kid. If you have pastor's kids, we'd love for you to ask them these questions, too!
Join us for the launch of season 3 of the podcast, where Stacy talks about how to navigate being there for people who are in crises without ending up there yourself. Ministry is tough, but arming ourselves for these seasons can help!

In our series finale, Stacy is wrapping up season 2, as well as the "Being the Church" series. In this interview, Carol Sink, a friend and elder's wife, shares how to be the church to people who have lost a child and to those who have lost a family member to suicide. Carol draws from her own personal experiences with these things as she shares. They are tough, sensitive subjects, but Carol shares a great perspective to hear for those in ministry who may minister to people experiencing these things.
Have a great summer, friends!
Join Stacy and today's guest, Lexi Cook, for a conversation on how to be the church to your community. Lexi will share some of the ways her church is actively helping meet needs in the community and different ideas for things you might be able to implement at your own church.
