The way we feel emotionally and mentally affects our physical body greatly and it's Aly's passion to help people recognize this in their own bodies and to share with them Mindful yoga movements and breathing exercises to help bring connection, empowerment and relaxation.
Over the past decade Aly has nurtured an environment where people of all ages feel welcome, safe, free of competition, comparison and judgement in her presence.
Her offerings are a variety yoga classes, wellbeing retreats and workshops, Mindfulness programs for schools & businesses as well as a variety of massages.
