This episode is where it all started. When I realized the level of weight I was carrying from all the years of trying to maintain this "Strong Black Woman" persona. This was the heaviest weight to carry because it didn't allow me to breathe...and I just needed to exhale, I was exhausted.

The Behavioral Therapist with behavioral issues. Even though I have a couple of degrees in social behavior, I don't consider myself to be perfect or know everything. What I do know is that we all have behaviors that can impact our relationships in positive and negative ways. We have learned behaviors and innate behaviors. Our learned behaviors are what shape our life, basically who we become or what we believe. Journey with me through this process as I dive into some of my deepest thoughts, behaviors, triggers, and emotional well-being as I discover the "whys" in my behaviors.
