Buying a home is a big decision, and you really have to think about if it's the right move for you. For you and not anyone else. It's been ingrained into our brains that we have to buy a house for a whole lot of reasons that seem to make sense. But the most important factor is making sure that it's the right thing for you. A lot of people consider a house as an asset but if you can't make a mortgage payment it quickly becomes a liability. Remember the house you live in doesn't pay you. You're paying mortgage to live there.
