All wisdom and truth is centered upon Jesus Christ who is the incarnate son of God (Col 2:3). Truth is therefore Christ centered and is a cruciform. We must apply the truth and knowledge we find in Christ to all spheres of life! This Weekly Berean will remind us the truth we find in Christ through faith in the gospel.

How does wisdom regarding Christian liberty function within our template of truth idea if templates are used to make everything the same? Although Christians are committed to utilizing the same template of truth that will cut and shape their lives, Christians will still have differences. Tune in to understand how this can work!

How do you recognize and discern anti-truths? In this episode we discuss how important it is, that you are able to sift through information and discern what is truth and what is anti truth. We give three templates that you should be using as a Christian to help you navigate this fallen world and accomplish the mission!

Christians, our minds and our constitutions must be strong in our day and age. We must build a strong mind and a persevering constitution to endure the trials and persecution coming ahead. Mental work is hard work because it is easy to live undisciplined lives, and Christians do not want to face the enemies schemes in the strength of the Lord’s might. We need to sharpen our minds with God’s word and run the mental marathon. We are in a battle and we are being attacked. We must stand firm as the promises of God in sacred scripture hold us up.

The truth rightfully calls what is good…good and what is evil… evil. The antithesis does just the opposite by calling what is good evil and what is evil good. In these murky and deceiving times how are we to discern whom or what is of the truth and whom or what is of the antithesis? In this episode we talk about three ways we can discern the reality that is facing us. One thing we know to be true when framing up the world by the “truth and the antithesis” is that no one and nothing can be neutral. As Psalm 2:12 demands we must kiss the Son unless we want to perish.

Our society defines sin by their feelings of guilt and shame instead of actual transgressions of God’s law. What is a right view of guilt and shame? When is it appropriate to seek forgiveness from others? We must ask by what authority is our guilt and shame caused. A right view of guilt and shame is critical for the Christian and the church!
