Today I look into something I've been really ignoring & I can say I have found some interesting facts about this. I am a person who loves helping other individuals who are facing difficult situations and I think I have to know more about this illness so I can lend a hand to the next person.

So today I reflect on 2022 & why this has been by far the most difficult year of my life in terms of establishing myself, my business, my life & managing the emotions throughout that. I really hope this connects with someone who needed to hear this. 

At the end of the episode, I added one of the songs that I have produced as a form of comfort to me and anyone who will relate to the message portrayed.

Heita Daar, today we are talking about navigating Life after high school, college or university can take its toll. In School, purpose & goals were pre-defined, but now each person needs to define those goals for him or herself. This is now where life isn't segmented into 4 terms or 2 semesters & school holidays, this is where goals can take an awfully long to sort out.
