Well, no one wants to think about it again but we have to so here we are.

Just a twosome of Jon and Darren today and they did their best to pep things up after the Palace loss at the weekend.

We're on a bit of a hiatus for a week or so given the international break although there will be stuff going up on our channel so keep an eye out!
