This Sunday Ash continues our Alpha series speaking on the question: “Does God heal today?” - Ash shares a testimony of God’s healing in his own life and explores this important facet of God’s nature and its application to our lives and theology today. Marc preaches about how the sharing of the good news of the gospel has a chain reaction in our lives and the lives of everyone around us. “The good news is not meant to be muzzled or held closely, it’s meant to be shared with others”. If we are believers of Jesus, we have something that the world needs. Marc unpacks why we tell others — because we have a testimony of the goodness of God and that it will change everything.

Ash unpacks the theme of “resisting evil” as in the Alpha course by Nicky Gumble. There are familiar icons that shape our perception of heaven and hell, of God and satan, which expose us to false narratives parading as truth. We look at the fruits of the spirit in comparison to the carnal, evil nature of the flesh. The Bible describes how satan disguises himself in attempt to twist the truth. But our souls are continually in the process of sanctification —  how do we resist evil in pursuit of sanctification?

This Sunday Ash spoke on the Godhead, with attention paid to the role and function of the Holy Spirit. Enjoy the message!

This Sunday Ash unpacked the Lord's Prayer, looking at how calling on the Kingdom of God is necessary in a fallen world where the church desperately needs to pray.

This Sunday Ash shared on the sovereignty of God and His unconditional and conditional will. Our understanding of God's soveriegnty and His will rests on our desire for relationship with God and the position of importance we place on prayer within our lives.
