I had an epiphany this week when I was thinking about the difference between me & some of the most successful athletes, entrepreneurs & creatives I know. I consider myself a pretty confident person but with these guys, it's the biggest gap I feel when around them.

Confidence breeds conviction, conviction breeds belief from others and belief from others to a point of influence for the greater good catapults success. Just my thoughts.
