Welcome to Business North Carolina's weekly podcast, serving up interviews with some of the Tar Heel State's most interesting people.   On today’s episode, William Buster describes his work as the first CEO of the $1.25 billion New Hanover Community Endowment, which will provide funding for projects to improve the quality of life in the Wilmington area. The veteran foundation executive started his job in March after a national search and is building a staff. He's a Kannapolis native and graduate of N.C. A&T State University who had senior posts at foundations in Asheville and Austin, Texas before moving to the coast.
