Sometimes life can get you frazzled to the point of giving up the fight. I've been there, so trust me when I say it's ok to take a pause and regroup. Take a load off, you never know it may give you the chance to expand your vision and see something you didn't see before.  A spark of hope that you can do this, you can achieve the goals you have set for yourself. We are never stuck in a situation that cannot be escaped. There are always options. So take a load off if you need to, you may even be made aware of someone that could help with the burden you've been carrying alone. I hope you enjoy this episode. Stay safe out there.
