Have you ever looked at your calendar, saw the playdate, Bible study, or mom group you committed to... and secretly hoped everyone else would cancel?
Because you're exhausted.
Your house is a mess. The laundry is piling up. Your toddler has watched way more TV than you planned. Your anxiety is loud. You're emotionally tapped out. And honestly, the thought of making conversation with anyone sounds exhausting.
That was me.
After two days of intense anxiety and intrusive thoughts, I was so close to canceling Bible study. A few moms had already canceled. It was raining. I had every excuse to stay home.
But I showed up anyway.
By the time everyone left, I realized something: I thought I needed to be alone. What I actually needed was to be around other women.
In this episode, we're talking about why Christian stay-at-home moms were never meant to do motherhood in isolation. We dive into why anxiety often makes us withdraw, how community can strengthen your faith and support your mental health, and why showing up—even when you don't feel like it—might be exactly what your heart needs.
If you've been feeling lonely, overwhelmed, or like you're carrying motherhood on your own, I hope this episode reminds you that the village you're praying for is worth fighting for.
You're a Christian stay-at-home mom (or you're preparing for that season). You wouldn't trade these years with your family for anything.
But you also can't shake the feeling that God has called you to build something.
Maybe it's a business. Maybe it's a ministry. Maybe it's a creative dream that's been sitting on your heart for years.
The tension isn't whether you're called.
It's figuring out how to pursue that calling without neglecting your faith, your marriage, your kids, your health, or the peace in your home.
That's why I created The Well-Being Podcast.
Every week, we'll dive into practical conversations rooted in Scripture, backed by science, and shaped by real life. Together, we'll learn how to faithfully steward our faith, marriage, motherhood, health, home, and calling—without overcomplicating it.
You'll find episodes on functional health, nervous system regulation, biblical motherhood, Christian marriage, home systems, productivity, entrepreneurship, and building a business as a Christian stay-at-home mom... all through the lens of faithful stewardship.
If you've been looking for a Christian podcast for stay-at-home moms that helps you pursue your calling while protecting what matters most, I think you'll feel right at home here.
Welcome to The Well-Being.
Have you ever wished someone would just hand you the kind of mom community you've been praying for?
Maybe you've recently moved, you're home with little kids all day, or you're craving deeper friendships with women who share your values. You don't need hundreds of friends—you just want a village. Women you can text, pray with, laugh with, swap meals with, build businesses alongside, and do real life together.
In this episode, I'm sharing exactly how I found my community after moving across the country—and how, in just a few weeks, it grew into Bible studies, boot camps, playdates, a mastermind, and the beginning of a much bigger vision for Christian moms.
We'll talk about:
How to find mom friends in a new city
Why you don't have to start a community from scratch
The biggest mistake moms make when trying to build friendships
More than 30 practical ways to contribute to an existing mom group
Simple ideas to host gatherings, playdates, Bible studies, fitness groups, meal swaps, and more
How your unique gifts can help build the village you've been looking for
If you're a Christian stay-at-home mom who feels lonely, wants meaningful friendships, or dreams of creating a stronger community for your family, I hope this episode gives you the confidence to take the first step. Your village probably isn't going to appear overnight—but it can begin with one invitation, one text message, and one simple act of showing up.

Are you trying to build a side hustle during nap time... but constantly feel like you're dropping the ball somewhere else?
Maybe the business is moving forward, but the groceries are always last minute, the bathrooms need cleaning, your mental load feels overwhelming, and you're wondering if there's a better way to manage it all.
In this episode, I'm sharing the exact exercise I've been working through to become the CEO of my home—not by trying to do more or chasing perfection, but by creating simple rhythms that help me steward my home well while still making room to build a business.
We'll walk through how to:
See the real shape of your week
Get the mental load out of your head and onto paper
Clarify who owns what around the house
Build a simple weekly home rhythm that actually works
Create more margin for your business without neglecting your faith, your family, or your home
If you're a Christian stay-at-home mom who dreams of building something on the side, I hope this episode helps you stop feeling like you're constantly reacting to life and start building simple systems that give you more peace, more clarity, and more confidence.
If you haven't listened to Episode 43 yet, go back and start there first. In that episode, we talk about the four questions every stay-at-home mom should ask before starting a side hustle and why your relationship with God, your marriage, your kids, your health, and your home should come before your business.

Can you build a side hustle as a stay-at-home mom without your marriage, kids, health, home, or relationship with God getting the leftovers?
In this episode of The Well-Being, Niki shares four honest questions every stay-at-home mom should ask before starting a business, growing a side hustle, or trying to squeeze more work into an already full life.
Because the first question isn’t always, “How do I find more time?” Sometimes it’s: Is this actually the right season to build?
We’re talking about how to evaluate whether the life you already have is being stewarded well, how to discern God’s will from your own ambition, what your business is allowed to cost you, and whether your real life actually has the capacity to hold what you’re trying to build.
Niki also shares what this looks like in her own life as a Christian stay-at-home mom of two building a podcast, creating content, working with brands, growing a local mastermind for moms with side hustles, prioritizing her marriage and faith, and creating better routines and systems at home.
In this episode, we cover:
• How to know if this is the right season to start a side hustle
• Questions to ask before starting a business as a stay-at-home mom
• Discerning God’s will versus personal desire
• Stewarding your marriage, motherhood, health, home, and faith
• The real sacrifices that come with building a business
• Setting boundaries around what your side hustle is allowed to cost you
• Creating routines and systems that reduce the mental load
• Finding realistic work time when you’re home with young kids
• Building capacity instead of constantly trying to “find more hours”
• How Christian moms can pursue ambition without letting business consume everything else
If you’re a stay-at-home mom with a business idea, a work-from-home side hustle, a podcast, a creative project, or a desire to help support your family financially, this episode will help you look at the bigger picture before simply adding more to your plate.
Open your Notes app, answer the four questions honestly, and ask yourself: Does my life have the capacity to hold what I want to build?
For years, I thought I was dealing with anxiety.
Then at 34 years old, I was diagnosed with OCD, and suddenly so many things from my childhood, adulthood, and postpartum experiences started making a lot more sense.
In this episode, I'm sharing my experience with OCD, intrusive thoughts, postpartum anxiety, overthinking, reassurance-seeking, and the mental loops I didn't realize were all connected.
We talk about:
If you've ever found yourself stuck in your head, replaying conversations, Googling symptoms, looking for certainty, questioning your thoughts, or wondering why your brain won't just let something go, this episode is for you.
My hope is that after listening, you'll feel a little less alone and maybe even see yourself in some of my story.
And if you've been struggling with intrusive thoughts, postpartum OCD, postpartum anxiety, health anxiety, rumination, overthinking, or mental compulsions, I want you to know you're definitely not the only one.

The Well-Being is a podcast for women who want to be healthy without obsessing, informed without spiraling, and present enough to actually enjoy the life they're building.
Because being well isn't the absence of struggle. It's learning how to live fully in the middle of it.
You went grocery shopping.
Your fridge is full.
You should feel set for the week.
But then it’s Tuesday night… and you’re standing there wondering what to eat.
Not because you don’t have food—
but because nothing feels like a meal.
If you’ve ever felt like you have a full fridge but no idea what to cook, this episode is for you.
In this episode, I break down why eating healthy still feels hard—even when you have all the groceries, the ingredients, and the best intentions.
Because the problem isn’t your food.
And it’s not that you need better recipes, meal planning, or more meal prep.
It’s that every time you eat, you’re starting from zero.
And that’s what creates the mental load around food, leads to constant snacking, decision fatigue, and feeling like you’re always thinking about what to eat.
Inside this episode:
This is about simplifying healthy eating, reducing food overwhelm, and creating a system that works in real life—without complicated meal plans or spending hours in the kitchen.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking food and finally feel consistent with your meals, this is exactly what we do inside Reset Sessions.
We help you simplify your nutrition, build easy meals, and create a routine that fits your schedule, your family, and your real life.

Dinner doesn’t have to turn into three different meals.
There’s a way to make one dinner—and have it work for you, your kids, and your partner—without cooking separate meals or overthinking every plate.
In this episode, I walk you through exactly how to do that.
We’re not trying to get everyone to eat the same thing.
And we’re not making multiple meals.
We’re using one base… and building each plate from there.
Inside this episode:
This is about making dinner simpler, faster, and something you can actually follow through with.
If you want help mapping this out for your real life—your schedule, your kids, your preferences—this is exactly what we do inside Reset Sessions.
We simplify your meals so you’re not cooking multiple dinners or thinking about food all night.

Have you ever felt like you know what to eat… but still don’t follow through?
You’re not confused.
You’re not lacking information.
And it’s not that you don’t care.
So why does eating healthy still feel so hard?
In this real coaching call, I’m working with a mom of two who’s in the exact same place—she knows she should be eating more protein, more vegetables, making better choices… but every day still feels like starting over.
And what we uncover is this:
It’s not a motivation problem.
It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s that every meal has become another decision.
In this episode, we break down:
If you’ve ever stood in your kitchen thinking,
“What should I eat?”
or
“I’ll start tomorrow…”
this episode will show you a different way to approach it—one that actually works in real life.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start following through, this is exactly what we do inside my Reset Sessions.
We take your real life—your schedule, your food, your routines—and build something you can actually stick to this week.

If you’ve ever sat down, planned out your meals for the week, felt so on top of things…
…and then by Wednesday, it’s completely fallen apart—this episode is for you.
Because meal planning sounds like the solution.
You feel organized.
You feel prepared.
You feel like this week is going to be different.
But then real life happens.
Your energy is off.
The kids need something.
Schedules shift.
Dinner doesn’t sound good anymore.
And once one day falls off… the whole plan starts to unravel.
So now you’re back to:
I see this all the time.
And the problem isn’t that you need a better meal plan.
It’s that meal planning doesn’t help you in the moment you need it most.
In this episode, I break down:
Because the real problem isn’t the plan.
It’s what happens when the plan doesn’t happen.
I’ll walk you through how to stop asking:
👉 “What am I making tonight?”
And start asking:
👉 “What do I already have?”
So you can open your fridge, build a simple, healthy meal in minutes, and move on—without overthinking or starting over every week.
Because you don’t need a perfect plan.
You need something that works in real life.

If you’re ready to stop the cycle of planning, falling off, and starting over, I offer a 60-minute Reset Session where we map this out for your actual week.
Your schedule. Your preferences. Your real life.
