Sometimes the victories that God has promised us seem elusive and out of reach. Although we try and are committed, we just can't seem to break free from the trappings of our past and/or the struggles of our present. We long to experience intimacy with God and the peace that surpasses all understanding. We need a break through, we need to be set free!

Easter is a day of celebration, a time to rejoice in the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ. His life points us toward hope, it directs us towards belief. It is the promise of spring, the defeat over eternal winter. His resurrection tells us that the hard times that we are experiencing are momentary and that new life is possible because of His death.

The resurrection of Jesus is the most important event in human history—the proof that everything was just as Jesus had said. And while many people understand and accept that, does it impact their daily lives? Paul was convinced that since God was willing to demonstrate His love and power through the death and resurrection of Jesus, then believers should be able to do anything! God’s word promises what seem to be limitless BLESSINGS, but we don’t always experience them. Even more difficult to understand is seeing “good people” struggle while our less honorable neighbors seem to land in puddles of good fortune when they fall down. How? Why? Is there a way to tap into what God has promised in His word? Is there a way for us to be…#blessed?
