  • PowerPoint on Oneplace.com - Born to Die that Man May Live
Pastor Jack Graham looks to a phrase from a great hymn of Christmas to bring a vital message about new birth. Christmas is all about birth, he teaches. Jesus came to earth so that we could go to heaven. He was born so we may be born again.

  • Hardwired with Jeff Wickwire - 12.22.2025 - 01 - God Became a Man Part 2 By Pastor Jeff Wickwire

The best gift that you and I can receive at Christmas is a reminder of the reason why Jesus came to this world! It didn’t take long after the Garden of Eden for sin to spread and infect this world, and Satan’s forces corrupted everything that God had called good. But Pastor Jeff reminds us that God has the final word in His creation! He sent His only son, Jesus, to stand in the gap between man and God and restore the bonds that were broken. His sacrifice made a way for us to be saved from death!

  • The Word Unleashed - The Birth of Jesus the Messiah - Part 1
The gospel of Matthew can be summarized this way: Jesus of Nazareth is the promised Messiah of the Hebrew Scripture, the divine Savior and King. So as Matthew writes his gospel, he has that grand theme in mind. But Matthew chapter 1 is unique in that it records not only the genealogy of Jesus Christ but also the narrative surrounding His birth. And only Matthew and Luke record the details of Jesus’ birth.

  • Parenting Today's Teens - Allowing Teens to Control Their Lives

Today, Mark Gregston and Wayne Shepherd discuss how parents often hold tightly to control out of fear, but doing so can stunt a teen’s ability to develop maturity and self-control. Mark explains that healthy independence requires gradually transferring responsibility from ages 12 to 18 so teens can practice decision-making before they leave home. When parents micromanage, teens may rebel or make reckless choices just to prove they’re in control, whereas purposeful, age-appropriate freedom paired with consequences builds wisdom. Ultimately, giving teens increasing control prepares them to become responsible, grounded young adults.

  • Greg Laurie: A New Beginning - Jesus and the Ones Who Listened | The Quiet Arrival

Is it that God didn’t know how to stage a spectacular entrance for His Son? The God who created heaven and earth, hung the stars in the sky, and summons forth thunder and lightning. Was the heavenly event planner on vacation the day Jesus was born in a humble stable? No, today on A NEW BEGINNING, Pastor Greg Laurie points out how the birth of Christ happened quietly, with little fanfare, and revealed to the least likely.
