When you hear the words ‘goal setting’ does it make you feel a little uncomfortable or does it excite you?  Some people have an aversion to goal setting especially when it comes to their business, so maybe using the phrase “setting intentions” feels better – and that’s okay.  It can be easy to avoid setting goals in your business because maybe you don’t know what types of goals to set, or you don't’ want to be disappointed if you don’t reach them. 

We think it’s important to set goals, so you know if you’re on track or not. It’s also important, so you can formulate a plan to reach whatever goals you have set – whether you reach them isn’t as important as what you put into place along the way and what you learn in the process.

Today, we’re talking about setting and achieving purposeful goals for your wellness business, and if you prefer, you can use the word ‘intentions’ instead of goals.

When you first start your health coaching business the easiest way to begin to enroll new clients is to use the outline that you received through your certification or purchase a done-for-you coaching program so you can jump right in getting experience as a coach.
