In this episode, Student Liaison Manager Maria Callandar talks to Josh Chambers, a medical student from the University of East Anglia who was one of the winners of Wesleyan's Electives Competition.
He won the opportunity to blog from his trip to South Africa, where he worked at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Johannesburg.
Josh talks about his experience, the kinds of conditions he had to treat, the responsibilities he had, and what it was like to work in a foreign country.
