The NFL Draft is this week and our resident draft expert Brian 'The Ballerina' Balzerini is here to lay out each team's first round pick. Tony and Dangles will pepper the former college kicker with questions as Brian lays out the locks and sleepers at each pick. Plus, our senior NBA correspondent T.J. Wortham returns to talk basketball with the boys and weigh in on who he thinks will win it all in the NBA postseason.

In the second off-season episode of The Left Coasters Podcast, the guys dive headlong into NFL free agency and tackle some of the biggest deals, as well as the ones that left us scratching our heads. We'll also grade the Rams' and Chargers' free agencies (SPOILER ALERT: they weren't good) and highlight the Patriots, Packers, and Lions big signings.
