The Philippine’s congratulate the Chinese Communist Party to its 75th anniversary of ruling over China and receives a cold response in return, the Philippines decide to leave U.S. missiles deployed for the foreseeable future and China protests, and the Philippine Coast Guard returns to the Sabina Shoal and China also complains about it.
