One of my favorite people in the world dropped by the show to provide the pearls of wisdom we all need to ensure we can answer the most thought-provoking question of our lives. Daymian details how failure to follow his principles will lead to failure and an incomplete revolution. This show is fire. Daymian is a leader's leader. Make sure you listen to the whole show.

This is a fire show with New Orleans Activist Happy Johnson. There aren't enough words to describe this brotha, but I will try. Author and Activist are probably the two best. In this 45 min show, Happy discusses his Journey to NOla and the reasons why he fights so hard for its survival. This millennial is at work.

As we culminate the end of Movember, Khalilah Collins and Ayo Scott of Making Connections Nola come through the studio to talk about how men work through and bring awareness to critical topics such as prostate and testicular cancer and mental health and well-being and suicide prevention. On the B side, the guests discuss hot topics in masculinity, particularly the Dwight Howard and Ruben Foster's sagas.

PK Kersey, CEO of That Suits You, and best selling author, "Suited for Success" drops the show to talk about why a suit can change the trajectory of a man's life, particularly if they are reentering the world after incarceration. PK's story is amazing, and his revolution is even more remarkable. The last 7 min are the best part as he drops his 5 S's for success. You don't want to miss that. Enjoy.

Two of my great friends from New Orleans drop by the show to discuss their revolutions and that state of politics at the local, state, and national level. With the impending mid-term elections (they already happened), the discussions were informative and necessary. As well, both of their journeys to find and embrace the healthiest version of themselves is remarkable. Hint: Ethan started undergrad at Howard 16, graduated Law School at 22, and became a school board member at 28. Royce is one of the youngest elected officials in the State of Louisiana.

In one of my favorites episodes, Brandon Anderson, founder of Raheem AI, drops by the show to discuss his powerful story of loss and redemption. Brandon's partner was killed by police, a heartbreaking end to a beautiful love affair. However, Brandon has been able to use this fuel his revolution. Raheem AI is a crowdsourcing tool that helps community members chronicle their interactions with police. As Natalie Burke says, Big Data will show us the way. Brandon hopes his platform can shift policy initiatives that can ensure police and communities can work together to thrive. This show is riveting. A must listen. At one point, I had my hand over my heart because I could feel the brotha's story.

I have been waiting for this episode. New Orleans native Dennis Bagneris stops by the show to share his journey of pain and triumph. For some men of color, the story ends at the latter. Dennis details struggles and the support he needed to make it to his mountaintop. On the B side, Antwon Brinson joins us for a lively discussion on how he is shifting the narrative in Charlottesville post-August 12, 2017. One key takeaway, just because you have one skill doesn't mean you can run the house. Dimensionality is key.

For men of color, the job market can be arduous to navigate regardless of how many letters are behind your name. So, how to find, apply, interview, and receive the job of your dreams. In this era, having a coach that can move you through the process is critical. Marvin Chambers, leadership coach and ally joins me on this episode to detail his journey helping others ascend like Ken Chenault. On the B side, New Orleans Native Michael Ruffin joins me to talk about his on ascension, detailing his struggles and how he overcame them to become a picture of success. Fantastic show.

To start the new season of the #WYR show, my guests Geraldine Neville and Robin Barber of Lift Louisiana (Our new partner) join me to have a lively discussion how men can be more involved in uplifting women and LGBTQ communities. Basically, we need to learn how to show up in a manner that is healthy and conducive. This is an important topic as men commit the lion share of atrocities to these communities, thus I want to ensure we continue to educate men and build allies. On the B side, my girl Nia Weeks steps into the booth with me to discuss her revolution, Citizen She United, an empowerment movement that works to get more women into positions of power. This was an exciting show with 3 powerful women.

Will Mega, Big Brother, Season 1 star and Philadelphia social activist, drops by the show to discuss how we must fight to be seen and heard as men of color. Philly has been through a lot over the last year, Starbucks and now Lowe's professing that certain stores require receipts from patrons where others do no. Will Mega talks about his experiences and how he is pushing big corporations to think about being equitable for all. A must listen.
