Khenpo Sherab Sangpo taught on the symbolism of the wheel of life (Skt. bhavacakra; Tib. སྲིད་པའི་འཁོར་ལོ་, sipé khorlo) within Buddhism. It is believed that the Buddha himself used the wheel of life diagram to teach about the cycle of existence. Each wheel represents an aspect of conditioned (samsaric) existence that gives rise to suffering. The retreat included teachings on the three poisons, karma, the six realms, the twelve links of interdependent origination, impermanence, and pointing out the potential for liberation (enlightenment).
