The first part of the series starts with her current yardwork project that Megan shares on her Instagram on a daily basis and dives deep into her childhood, including the trauma she experienced. Megan opens up about these experiences and describes her battle with mental health, the ways in which it can develop with the hope to remove the stigma around mental illness and help more people start healing.
