Former Astros player Michael Bourn joins The Wheelhouse to discuss with the guys about rotating outfielders, Justin Verlander's constant domination, Yordan Alvarez and many other things. 

Around the League: Cody and BK talk wide receiver Hunter Renfrow with the Las Vegas Raiders, Matt Ryan and Carson Wentz doing 'everything right,' and San Francisco 49ers defensive end Charles Omenihu possible breakout year. Then, BK talks Astros and Dusty Baker's bating order for this weekends' games. The Wheelhouse continues with Quick Hits, highlighting sports news everywhere including Lebron James' attention to Vegas and the Saudi golf tour. In Friday's edition of Quick Hits, Cody and BK talk the NBA finals with the Warriors and the Celtics playing in Boston, the LIV Gold invitational series in Saudi Arabia, Tiger Woods' billionaire status, Lebron James' new team, and the movement of sports to Vegas. 

What if the Texans aren't the worst team in the NFL next year? BK and Cody talk the Houston Texans' quarterback options for the team next year and the Texans in the NFL Draft. The Wheelhouse moves to conference realignment, including the Houston Cougars, in the upcoming college football season. They close the hour going Around the League with the latest stories in the NFL. 

The Wheelhouse starts the hour discussing Dusty Baker's position as the Astros manager. Cody and BK then talk about CBS Sports' AFC quarterback rankings; Houston Texans' Davis Mills was ranked last. Then, BK spoke about his memory of the Florida Marlins changing their name to the Miami Marlins ahead of their game against the Astros Friday. They wrapped the hour talking sequels: which ones were the worst, and which ones were better than their originals. 

At the top of the hour, The Wheelhouse talks Deshaun Watson, his public image and the potential for the Houston Texans to be added to his civil lawsuit. Our hosts then go Around the Diamond: Astros Enemy Addition with MLB news; the Angels 14-game losing streak ends and the fear of the Yankees. Later, Cody and BK question how long the Big 12 will have 14 teams and the possibility of new Texas rivalries with the Houston Cougars joining the conference in 2023.
