Today's installment of The Wheelhouse starts with mentions of quarterback Chris Simms, comments from Nick Caserio on Deshaun Watson, and a further delay on the MLB season. Further on, Lovie Smith gives his two cents on Deshaun and the Texans' developing roster. They head into Around the League featuring Kenny Pickett, Aaron Hernandez and Kyler Murray's failed contract.

In the final hour of The Wheelhouse they go around the NFL one last time. At the bottom of the hour the guys have some fun in their famous segment "Quick Hits" and also crown a new champ of the day. 

In the third hour Cody and BK continue the conversation about the lockout and get the MLBPA's reaction to Manfred cancelling games. They then discuss more on Nick Caserio and comments he has made regarding Deshaun Watson and other things while at the combine. At the bottom of the hour the guys discuss what the Texans should do with the 3rd overall pick in the NFL Draft and finish the hour discussing Daniel Jones and the New York Giants. 

In the second hour the guys continue their conversation on the MLB lockout and react to the MLBPA declining the MLB's final offer and discuss the season being delayed. The guys then discuss Rob Manfred officially cancelling games in the 2022 season. At the bottom of the hour the guys discuss more on Nick Caserio and what the teams plans should be going forward. They wrap up the second hour with some "Hypothetical Tuesday".

In the first hour the guys discuss the latest on the MLB lockout and where the owners and the MLBPA are in terms of negotiations. The guys then discuss Nick Caserio and some comments he made at the NFL combine. At the bottom of the hour the guys react to and discuss Mel Kiper's most recent mock draft. They wrap up the hour by going around the league and discuss the biggest storylines and news from around the NFL. 

In Quick Hits, BK and Cody discuss MLB.TV subscriptions, BK's favorite college basketball story from this season and also more bad news for Kyrie Irving.

The final hour of The Wheelhouse starts with Around the League; NFL pre-season opener with the Raiders and Jaguars, an upcoming futbol game in Germany, an update on Kyler Murray and more. Quick Hits enters the scene with the University of Houston's victory over SMU, an interesting night for college basketball, ESPN's unfortunate tweet and more. They end the hour with a recap of both the Rockets and the Dynamo, and the Champ of the Day.

On a Monday edition of Quick Hits the guys have some fun discussing the Coogs' big win over SMU, a wild weekend of upsets in College Basketball, a terrible tweet by SportsCenter, and a baseball legend walking away.

Jake, Brad and Cody analyze the owners' perspective on the MLBPA negotiations in addition to the extended midnight deadline. They build on the Texans' aging roster, how the team should allocate their picks and marketing Deshaun Watson. On the NFL draft, the guys discuss who the Lions are choosing and offensive linemen.

The second hour opens up with continued discussion on the MLB delay fiasco and who this will affect the most. They continue with the Deshaun Watson's future plus Nick Caserio's opinions on the legal situation. Aaron Reiss, The Athletic Texans Beat Writer, joins the show to discuss Nick Caserio's plan for the Texans, rising quarterbacks, and the direction for an offensive lineman. They close out the hour with Winners and Losers starring the Sixers' success, Kirk Herbstreit, Ukrainian athletes and more.
