In the final hour of the program, the guys go around the NFL, debate if Texans fans should be envious of Jaguar fans given the current situations of both teams, have some fun with the stories they missed on Quick Hits, and as always, they close the show by naming a new Champ of The Day.

In the 3rd hour of the show, the guys rehash the potential ramifications of Giants Owner John Mara saying they were out on Deshaun Watson, they react to some intriguing comments from former NFL GM Mike Tannenbaum on The Bench this morning, they discuss a report that Josh McCown was offered a position on David Culley’s staff last season, and they explain why all of this McCown noise remains so worrying. 

In the 2nd hour of the program, the guys break down why Josh McCown’s candidacy means Jack Easterby is still heavily involved despite Texans’ brass saying otherwise, why his continued involvement is so troubling, and they have some fun joking around at both McCown and the Texans’ expense.   

To start off the program, Jake, Brad and Cody kick it off by discussing The New York Giants' owner John Mara shutting down any questions regarding a possible trade for Deshaun Watson. Additionally, what is Deshaun's trade value and will he be traded by the start of next season? The guys then switch gears to discussing should Houston Texan fans be jealous of Jacksonville Jaguar fans and what the Texans can learn from the recent hires and decisions. To cap off the hour, the hosts go around the league with the latest news regarding Sean Payton, The Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers, and Brandon Brooks announcing his retirement.

On a Wednesday edition of Quick Hits, the guys discuss James Harden’s brewing feud with the NY media and whether it could lead to his exit from Brooklyn, yesterday’s shambolic Hall of Fame vote, and they mock the world’s worst meteorology report. 

In the first hour of the show Jake, Cody and Brad discuss the Texans head coaching search and who the leading candidates are followed by Sean Payton stepping down as the Saints head coach after 16 seasons. Bottom of the hour they talk about the Texans potential selection at third overall along with comments from Tom Brady and Josh Allen.

In the second hour the guys lead off with 'Stros at Four where they discuss the latest updates on the lockout negotiations along with Hall of Fame voting, then they discuss the plan for Josh McCown after his second interview with the team. Bottom of the hour former NFL MVP Joe Thiesmann calls in to the show to discuss this past weekend of the NFL Playoffs, his pick to win the Super Bowl, his thoughts on the Texans possibly hiring a coach with no experience and more, and they wrap up the hour with Hypothetical Tuesday.

In the third hour of the show the guys talk about Sean Payton's future after stepping down as the Saints head coach then they talk about David Ortiz getting voted into the Baseball Hall of Fame along with Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens not making it in in their final year of eligibility. Bottom of the hour more reaction to the Baseball Hall of Fame voting results along with possible changes to the coaching staff when the new Texans head coach is announced, and they wrap up the hour discussing James Harden potentially moving on from the Brooklyn Nets. 

In the final hour of the show the guys go around the league and talk about the headlines around the NFL including more on Sean Payton parting ways with the Saints then they ponder what the Texans plan is for Josh McCown. Bottom of the hour they hand out some "Quick Hits" and the wrap up the show crowning a "Champ of the Day".
