Former Georgia QB and current ESPN CFB Analyst Hutson Mason joined the guys to look ahead at the opening week of college football action.

Paramount Sports handicapper Lee Sterling joined the guys to discuss some of his favorite picks for the upcoming weekend of college football action.

In the final hour the guys go around the NFL and discuss the biggest stories. Then they live react to the Astros getting shut out for a second straight game. Midway through the hour they have their segment Quick Hits and talk about news around sports media. 

The guys kicked off the third hour discussing the Texans' running backs. Then they take a call and talk about the SEC vs the Big 12 and the process for transferring conferences. At the halfway mark MLB Analyst Tim Kurkjian joins the Wheelhouse and discusses pitching around the league and the Astros chances in the playoffs. 

In the second hour Jake, Cody and Brad continue their disscusion on the Astros loss and the Astros pitchers going into the playoffs. They then move onto a segment they call "Nick Caserio or Michael Scott?" where they talk about Caserio's comments and how he may have quoted fictional character Michael Scott. Then midway through the hour they bring on special guest Greg McElroy to discuss college football. 

In hour one the guys go over the Astros loss last night against the Mariners. They then discuss Texans GM Nick Caserio's comments regarding QB Deshaun Watson and what his future could look like. Later they talk about Urban Meyer's statement regarding vaccines playing a factor in roster cuts . Towards the end of the hour they discuss the backup quarterbacks around the league. 

On this segment the guys wrap up today's Astros game. Then they go over some Quick Hit stories around sports media. 

ESPN MLB expert Tim Kurkjian joined the guys to discuss what he makes of the Astros chances of winning the World Series again, Carlos Correa's future, his favorites storylines from the season so far, and more.

ESPN CFB Analyst Greg McElroy joined the guys to go all around the world of college football ahead of Week 1, give his thoughts on both UT and A&M, talk about his CFP dark horse, and more! 

The guys kicked off the final hour of the show by going around the NFL before turning their attention to college football season. At the bottom of the hour they talked about Bishop Sycamore High School in Quick Hits and in the final segment they name a new  champ of the day.
