In the final hour, the guys continue their discussion of Dana Brown becoming the new Astros' GM. The guys seem to like the selection the Astros made in selecting Brown as the new GM. Brown seems to be good at identifying new talent and seeing what players are good at. These are good qualities of a Gen. Manager. Jim Crane also gives his thoughts on this selection for the Astros. The guys also rank Head Coaches and Quaterbacks. In Quick Hits, the guys discuss the Houston Sports Awards. Alverez was awarded Athelete of the Year. Jim Crane was named Exec of the Year. Baker was awarded Coach of the Year. Also, in NBA news, the Rockets lost to Washington 108 - 103, however,  the Rockets will take on the CAVS tonight. The hour concludes with Champ of the Day. Who will be nominated today?

The guys open the hour with MLB news. The Astros have Dana Brown as new General Manager. As for the NFL, The Broncos will not be hiring Dan Quinn. He will remain with Dallas. What's the impact for the Texans? Will they have Payton, or will he be with back with FOX? What's next for the Broncos as far as establishing a Head Coach? Could it be Demeco Ryans? He seems to be a likely possibility. Also, is Houston really the dirtiest city? The hour concludes going around the league. Patrick Mahomes gives an update for his injured ankle, as well as other updates from NFC and more.

In the 2nd hour of the show the guys discuss the fit new Astros GM Dana Brown appears to have with the organization, explore how Dan Quinn's decision to stay in Dallas could impact the coaching market, talk with Atlanta Braves Writer & Reporter David O'Brien to get his insight on what Dana Brown will bring to the Astros, and they explain why Frank Reich getting hired in Carolina is potentially harmful for Jonathan Gannon's candidacy.
