With the city of Houston under boil water notice, the guys have some friendly banter cracking on each other's cooking skills. The guys first discuss Jose Abreu who signed a three-year deal with the Houston Astros. The guys seem to like what Jim Crane is doing in managing the Astro in his picks keeping to top of the line players. There is some concern for Abreu's age as he is 35 years old. Glen Davis joins in on the Wheelhouse. Davis explains the controversy between the U.S. and Iran match up in the World Cup. On Quick Hits, the University of Houston Cougars are now #1. Over the weekend, the Texans lose to the Dolphins 30 - 15. It was 30 - 0 by halftime. The change in quarterbacks didn't favor the Texans very well. However, it could've been worse. The guys critique Lovie Smith's coaching decisions and General Manager Nick Caserio's outlook on the season. During the second half of the hour, the guys take calls receiving listener opinions on the horrible defeat. A caller defends Caserio's and Smith's decisions. The guys also go around the league as well, in the conclusion of the hour.
