Now flip it. Right environment? Everything changes.

There are a lot of really good people in this game. Real parents. Real kids. Real energy.

And when it’s done right? You can feel it the second you walk into the rink. And I was reminded of something I’ve known since 1987.

Here’s the question nobody wants to ask: Are these showcases actually about being seen? Or are they about keeping you paying?
