Couch has over 400 wins with stops at Greenwood, Louisville Eastern, Shelby County & Bullitt East including two region championships and one KHSAA Final Four appearance as head coach of the Eastern Eagles. He also spent one season as an assistant MBB coach at Hanover College. Couch also talks about the adversity he faced and the support he received after his kidney transplant in 2017.
