An deep dive interview with WKU Women's Head Basketball Coach Greg Collins. Coach Collins discusses his development as a coach, transitioning from associate head coach to head coach, scheduling, use of analytics with in-game substitution patterns, team cohesion & player development. Collins also shares his reflections on his time as a WNBA Scout, as well as an assistant coach at Louisville & Arkansas.

This week's guest is UK Hall of Famer, 10-year NBA veteran, current Houston Rockets' Pro Personnel Scout Chuck Hayes. Chuck goes in depth explaining how he turned a 10-Day contract into 10 years in the NBA with the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, & Toronto Raptors. 

Chuck also reflects on his high school days that started with baseball and football, before focusing on basketball as his primary sport. He gives us a rundown of how his recruiting process unfolded, when he first crossed paths with his future-best friend Josh Carrier, & how his 4 years in Lexington as a Wildcat molded him for his current role with the Rockets and as a father.

An interview with Bullitt East High School Boys Basketball Coach Jason Couch. Couch has over 400 wins with stops at Greenwood, Louisville Eastern, Shelby County & Bullitt East including two region championships and one KHSAA Final Four appearance as head coach of the Eastern Eagles. He also spent one season as an assistant MBB coach at Hanover College. Couch also talks about the adversity he faced and the support he received after his kidney transplant in 2017.

Carrier has seen hoops from every angle as a High School player, was a member of elite UK teams as a player and graduate assistant coach, an AAU head coach & was a Division I assistant coach at NKU. Josh shares some of his memories of the college recruiting process, his experiences with "Team Turmoil" as well as being a part of Tubby Smith's coaching staff as a graduate assistant before entering the private sector.
