MLK, Jr. was right. As he sat in a Birmingham Jail, he knew that our struggle as a people could be helped or made harder depending on the white moderate. King understood that some areas could be seen as gray areas, but freedom, yes that includes economic freedom, is one of the one things that is either right or wrong. He saw that white moderate would only go so far. This means that the white moderate was picking the side that was against the black person, against freedom. Freedom comes in only one flavor. Anything else is oppression.
