I share My own personal experience with my health to help inspire some one to take theirs seriously. There are a lot of ways to keep you body in tune but never think you have to become world class athlete to see results. Just be consistent and keep in mind its for overall health and not a magazine shoot. And to our Black Men especially we have to better with out health and put aside pride and ego. Enjoy
