In this epsiode I chat with Em Deacon, Stage 4 breast cancer thriver, and advocate for holistic health and reconnecting with nature through houseplants.

We talk about how Em's diagnosis led to deep tranformation of mind, body and most importantly soul, which Em has found to be the underpinning of a truly holistic journey.

From a background as a medical Dr, brought up with no exposure to holistic health, and quite the opposite, we talk about what that transition looked like and how Em navigated that.
