  • AR002 - Georgia Huntley and Her Room Full of Maybes

Some adventures begin with a grand plan. Others begin with a conversation, a clothing swap, and a rather persistent curiosity about what happens when people come together.

For Georgia Huntley, it's been a little bit of everything.

Meet Georgia: a self-proclaimed connector with a rather unconventional approach to bringing people together.

What started as a desire for meaningful conversations eventually became an online meetup, then a clothing swap, and somewhere along the way, Friends of Friends was born.

What exactly was it becoming? A business? A social enterprise? A way to make the world feel a little less lonely? Perhaps all three. Perhaps something else entirely.

Now, Georgia has set her sights on something a little bigger: bringing an entire city's clubs, communities, and curious strangers together under one roof.

There's just one small detail. She's never done this before.

In this part of her story, we meet Georgia just 30 days away from hosting her very first Connection Expo. There are people to invite, plans to make, a growing list of things to figure out, and one particularly exciting question hanging in the air: What if it actually works?

Of course, there's another question too. What if it doesn't?

In this first record of The Whole Story archive, we follow Georgia through the unexpected beginnings of Friends of Friends, the wonderfully complicated business of bringing people together, and the strange experience of building something when you can't quite see what's around the corner.

Will the room be full? Will the idea grow into something entirely unexpected? What will Georgia dream up next?

    We don't know yet.

    And that's rather the point.

  • AR 001 -The Woman With 100 Projects: Samantha Stilwell

    Recorded: August 15, 2026
    Place: Nunavik, Quebec
Building: incubateHER · The Whole Story · a book about belonging
Season: slowing down, experimenting, letting things incubate
Questions being carried: What happens when I stop forcing clarity? What might grow if I give it more time?

    Unresolved at time of recording:
What CultureDynamiq will become. Whether the belonging project becomes a book. What incubateHER will grow into. Whether this archive will hold three stories or 300,000.

    Mentioned in this record:
[financial resources] · [incubateHER] · [Belonging] · [bathroom photos]

This is the first record in The Whole Story archive. And appropriately, almost nothing in it has an ending.

I (Samantha, your archivist) am building incubateHER, writing a book about belonging, reconsidering a consulting business, working as a flight attendant in the Canadian Arctic, and beginning this archive with no idea what any of it will become.

This record is about the parts we tend to edit out later: financial mistakes, accidental opportunities, identity shifts, unfinished projects, strange detours and decisions that only look strategic in hindsight.

It's a record of building before the story knows how it ends — the act of becoming, while it's still happening.
