Welcome BACK to the Whole Topic Podcast! Real women, real talk, real life is our motto! We want you, the listener, to know that these are round table discussions. We hit on all the topics that affect us as women no matter the stage of life that we are in.We called it ‘The Whole Topic” because we want to be able to talk about it all! This week on Episode 10: We are discussing the cycle of the month for women with Kenndy Youngren. Kennedy is a registered dietitian and 1st time mama, married to a 4th generation dairyman in central Minnesota. Kennedy didn't grow up in agriculture, but met her husband at 18 years old and morphed into the most beautiful combination of farmers wife and dietitian, a true compliment. Kennedy uses her personal experience with PCOS and hormonal imbalances to educate farm and ranch wives across America on how to care for their bodies and their reproductive health using a foods first approach. Kennedy has a course out that describes the cycles of the month in greater detail. Whether it be for you or your daughter who is entering this phase of her life, we talk about food, herbs, and other remedies that could support your cycle to make it easier. Knowing your body and teaching your daughters about their body can save you both from a lot of unnecessary grief as you navigate this non-negotiable part of life.We truly hope “Welcome To Womanhood” blesses and supports you as you need it.
