    There's a lot of shady characters in our industry right now. Its prone to be that way with wholesaling being the wild wild west right now.
    Colin and I discuss how we will inevitably be regulated if we do not regulate ourselves. We have to expose and push out the unscrupulous teachers/mentors/coaches who try to teach others to commit fraud and be dishonest.
    The only way wholesaling will continue to exist is if we regulate ourselves.
