This Mark Whitten interview, in my opinion created a huge wave of people getting into wholesaling last year. He made a big difference on how people thought about the opportunity and their ability to make it happen for themselves. He went onto a larger platform and really gave out some gems that Youtubers all over aren't telling people about. He's been a nationally known speaker for quite some time I found out while researching for this podcast. 

I hope that you all like this type of podcast, just trying something new and I believe this video is very important for people of color to listen to give themselves a reason to believe they can do it as well.

I really like the pricing and how easy it is to pull your real estate leads. I think a system like List Shack Pro would work best when you combine the data with services like Propstream and REI Sift. 

Shoutout to Antoine Campbell for talking about List Shack Pro and the bad credit leads they have. They also have free and clear aka high equity leads. This may be one of the BEST real estate list services for wholesalers! 

50,000 leads for $50 is kinda ridiculous, let’s admit it. But they’re legit leads and by the time I upload this podcast, I’ll already be contacting them!
