So, why The Wild Mare? In this first episode, I’m telling you a bit about me, where the idea came from, my life with horses, losing my nerve and what they’ve taught me about trust, in horses and in life.

Because I really believe there’s a Wild Mare in all of us. That part of us that knows who we are, even when life has made us forget. And just like mares, women need their herd.

This podcast is about finding that herd, sharing our stories and talking about all the messy, funny, brilliant bits of being a woman.
